<p>Did some tests to see how fast I could get Thought Snap back up (yah yah I like it) now that it has been changed to 90sec recast. So I put on my Ring of the Four Winds and Earring of Unkempt Power from Avatars on and went to town... I noticed something pretty messed up so I put on my unrest cloak and got it to proc and...well...results below... <img src="http://xs317.xs.to/xs317/07312/unkemptbug.jpg" border="0"></p><p>So it seems that neither the Earring of Unkempt Power >OR< Ring of the Four Winds is actually changing any recast speeds on our AA spells, but they work just fine on regular spells. My question is...is this working properly? Do I have to ditch my MMC cloak for Unrest Cloak if I actually want quicker recast on AA spells or is this just bugged? Im hoping for the latter...</p>
