Swashbuckler M1 and M2 hate transfer is the same (Swarthy)

It's actually slightly different and you are just seeing a rounding error.  I fixed the rounding so the master 2 hate transfer will show 19 as will the assassin master 1 for murderous design.

Is it just me or is less than a 1% increase just a slap in the face for choosing this M2 choice?  If the jump between ADEPT III to M1 is 2% (or at least it used to be, not sure about now), why would the jump from M1 to M2 not follow a similar suit.

Absolutely! Who the heck wastes their Master II on their aggro transfer? Aquiring Master II Swathe (and using it with impunity) leads to FAR more fataliti.. er.. I mean.. exciting encounters. <img src="/smilies/8a80c6485cd926be453217d59a84a888.gif" border="0" alt="SMILEY" /> .. mouhaha.
