Casting order for better dps?

Ok, i recently hit 70. been playing this toon since the game came out. I soloed most of the way here. My set up is like this: 5 pieces of dogmatic gear, most jewelry is legendary, 7300hps 4500mit and 3500 avoid i think mostly add 3 or master 1 60AA, specked for tanking mostly, Mostly down the reaver line, All the way down the hate line, and 4488 int In offensive stance im at bout 500+ int and 250 str I went this way with AA because i started tanking instances and was having a few agro problems, this pretty much fixed that. Low and behold and too my suprise some threw up a a parse and i was only dps'ing about 200ish. was in a group in oob last night and a 69 guardian was out parsing me and out taunting me. I consider myself a fairly decent player but i am wondering what i am doing wrong with the dps. any suggestions to a casting order, i know that respeccing AA into the str line whould help with combat arts. thanks for the help and advice

HO-starter, Coil, agony, grouptaunt, singletaunt, shieldbash, deathmarch (if up), misery, circle, pestilence, hammerground, tap veins. </p>
