Yes, for me it's an issue with an underpowered PSU, my PC's been upgraded to the point of unusability, good excuse for a new PC though<img src="/smilies/283a16da79f3aa23fe1025c96295f04f.gif" border="0" alt="SMILEY" />

If your video card has a fan installed on it ensure that it's still running and free from gunk/hair if you can.  Might simply be a case of overheating.  Try another driver too.
