Greetings!In my wisdom (*snort*) I decided today to make a guide to Everquest II for new players. Yes, I am fully aware that SOE included a guide, but I don't like theirs... or something. ANyway, it should have enough information for new players to get started, and enjoy the game, but not so much as to overload your brain.It is a .doc (Microsoft Word) document, and I made it a few hours ago... my girlfriend is learning, and she likes to have a reference guide she can just look at... anyway, here's a link! <a href="http://www.fileden.com/files/2007/7/29/1306209/My%20Documents/Everquest%202GUIDE.doc" target="_blank" rel="nofollow">Everquest 2 Newbie Guide</a> All you have to do is right click and say 'save target as' to download the file. It is JUST a word document, it saves as such, there is nothing but the document. It isn't even zipped, its safe, not big, so feel free to download it!! EDIT:: I may add to it over time, but this was all she needed for now. I may add a part 2, for the more advanced stuff.. but for now, thats all there is =)

Thanks to everyone who has sent me additional information for the Guide, and I would like to add this:I am working on an update (As stated above) and will also be beginning a second part, for more advanced things including, but not limited to: Chat Channels, Emotes, Custom Hotbuttons, More In-depth UI, Modes of Transportation, and a bit of class-specific information to help decide whats best for you!IF you have any ideas of information to either add to the current Guide, or that you would like to ensure is in Part 2, please email me at the address at the end of the current Guide. If you include a Character name I will credit you for your addition, and if you add a server as well I will credit you more specifically.Thanks to everyone!
