No DING on snakes

<p>No matter how many snakes my little toon kills, he never gets any dings.  Lvl 17 ranger doing the Qeynos Civil Service quest.  Deleted quest and started over.  How do I report this and to who?  Any help would be appreciated.</p><p>Also trying the Ouch! My Head quest.  Again no dings on snakes.  Not ever No Quest Item Found.</p><p>Help!!!!</p><p>Thanks</p>

Sounds like you are killing the wrong snakes, or are in the wrong place, if I reemeber right you have to kill lowland vipers

<p>Killed so many of them I lost count.  Deleted the quest and started over.  No DING!!!  Is it a bug in the program?</p>

Must be right mob,  and definitely in right zone.    I think I killed ones under the aqueduct long ago. If you re-read the quest and still think you're in right place killing right type and have tried a few spots  /bug and and fill out the information.   Then move on and work on other things as there won't likely be a direct response.

Been to long since I did that quest, can't remember if it is the ones over by the aqeduct outside the gates of Qeynos or the ones up by the Claymore in Antonica

<p>I got this same problem about 2 months ago. /bug'ged it and it was fixed within a few days. Started getting snake updates again for the very quest you mentioned.</p><p>Seems like the bug might be back again. /bug it and they will probably get round to it.</p>

<p>I had the same problem with those 2 quests a few weeks ago.  I done a bug report on it and was fixed within a week.</p><p>Last week I had one of the snake quests in TS giving the same problem and got it fixed in a couple of days.  It seems to be that every bug I come across involves snakes for some reason.  I suppose they just slip trough the net. </p><p>I've found that if you give as much detail as possible when sending in the bug report it gets fixed that much quicker.  As far as how you send in bug report.  Click your EQ button and you will see it in the list.  I believe you can do the same by typing  /bug, but I haven't tried that method.</p>
