Since not all Monks can get into raids for Gi's to look like there class and most leather armor is not designed for them. Would it be possible to have monk crafted Gi's following the old Monk headband Progresion (Still think Headbands should be a quested but then Brawlers can also use some Brawler-specfic headgear)

T1 White

T2 Yellow

T3 Orange

T4 Red

T5 Purple (Ends the old questline colors)

T6 Black (You had to kill the Silent Fist Master for this color in EQ1)

T7 Black and Silver?

T8 Black and Gold?

The Silent Fist NPC version seems the best for look.

I'm all for it but, I'd like the recipes to be quested or faction based. More unique looks should have a higher barrier of entry.

Oh yes, my monk/tailor would LOVE to be able to make a nice line of gi's, and making the recipes quested would make it even better!

At level 37, you can wear a player-crafted Gi with recipes and blood iron ore from Deathfist Citadel.

I'm all for player crafted gi's, even though I have neither a brawler nor a tailor. I would, however, prefer a progression towards a white gi instead of black. Perhaps because I'm thinking more monk, less ninja. Well, I'd actually prefer that one could pick the color of crafted armor to match ones hair, eyes, fur, or whatever, but that's another discussion /RS 'ROYGBIV - because the computer says so!'

would love more gi s for both crafting and looted all levels.

The new "restricted to adventurer crafters only" monk chest is a gi..kind of redish-brown without much textures. Bought one for my monk before we had dressing rooms, bit plain looking with average player crafted type stats.

I think the developers know the gi look is very desired and thats why they limit gi items. So the raiders-adventurer monkeys have something pretty to wear and admire

good idea, would love more of the gi look added to loot and crafting..if so please use the nicer colors on a few thanks.

How about, Master-Crafted Gi's anyone can wear but the stats help a Monk/Bruiser best, and Solo Quested recipies for more powerful Gi's (although they would have to be a consignment for a tailor or something)

I think the monks look is part of there uniqueness. But I am all for crafted GI's , after all why not. DFC shouldn't be the only one.

True, but can a level 70 go back and do the DFC one? Just for the look? Agreed on unique look for Brawlers, was trying to make it so that people would be more supportive of the idea.

Perhaps something similar for non-Brawlers like a modified Trandesman maybe get rid of the pinstripes and the bell sleeves?
