looking for a good guild

i have not actually entered the game yet but i am hopeing to find a good guild before hand this is my first time playing any everquest game but i have played other MMORPG so if anyone has a good guild that wouldn't mind helping out a newbie plz post the server and name of the guild i am looking for a PvE server. thank you <img src="/smilies/3b63d1616c5dfcf29f8a7a031aaa7cad.gif" border="0" alt="SMILEY" />

<p>I'm on the Unrest server, and run a large and freindly guild...The Shard Collectors.</p><p>Though quite top heavy level wise, there is still a fair amount of low level alts...as well as some low level new blood. You are only going to get generic responses until you post specifics. What are you looking for in a guild? Roleplay:  Do you like to roleplay, or mind others that do?  If you like to roleplay, or don't mind that others do, the Antonia Bayle server is IMHO the most popular server. Age group:  Are you an adult?  Parent?  Do you prefer an adult only guild?  Are you married, have kids, and prefer a kindler gentler family oriented guild? Personalities:  Do you prefer outrageous characters that constantly crack you up?  Do you walk on the wild side?  or are you easily offended?  thin-skinned?  Prefer players with tact? Timezone:  Where are you?  US EST?  England?  What days/times do you plan to play?  Activity/commitment:  Most of the better guilds want to see daily game play... vs guilds that accept the casual (ie sporadic) player.  How many hours/days will you play?  Every evening and all weekend, or twice a week? Alignment/city:  You gonna be good?  bad?  Have a particular city in mind? Toon:  Have a specific race/class in mind?  If so, say so up front... many guilds focus on specifics. Strict vs casual:  Do you prefer a guild that focuses on structure, discipline, rank, earning your promotions?  Or a more relaxed guild that doesn't bother with titles, rules, progression criteria, etc. Teamspeak/Ventrillo:  Do you know what this is?  Do you use it? Playstyle:  Are you a power leveler?  Do you plan to crank out those first 20 levels in one weekend?  Or do you want to go slow, smell the flowers, learn the tradeskill (make stuff), etc.? Preferred guild size:  Do you want the largest guild in the universe, where there are always 50+ people online, where they are already max'd out in everything?  Do you want to join a new small guild formed by low levels that need your help to grow? As you can see, all of these criteria are definitely different for each guild out there.  The more info you provide, the better chances you'll find people that think just like you. hey ty for the responses im actually on the butcherblock server now. and as for all those questions. im 18 headed to college in a month so a more casual guild is more my style, i am not offended easily i love having a good time and have no problems with any types of convos. i am not a power leveler but i dnt take time to smell the flowers i want to lvl but its not my only focus. im actually lvl 11 fury and im really enjoying  it and im good haha. well i thats all the question i can remember so if u have any suggestion  on good guild id love to hear them
