Greetings Hopefully this is the proper forum for these questions. I last played EQ2 about 9 months ago and I'm interested in coming back and playing some more especially since RoK is due to be released in a few months. But I do have some questions. I'm not using the same computer that I had originally installed EQ2 upon, I still have the CD's I used for the installation though. My questions here are: 1) If I use the original CD's to install the game on this computer I will be entering in a "product key" that has already been used by myself in the past. Will this present a problem? I would most certainly like to get back my characters that I developed during the time that I was playing. 2) Regarding expansions like DoF and KoS, I downloaded those, will I have to pay to download those again or will I be able to get them free when the CD files get updated? 3) I've misplaced my login information and I'm not sure I can remember it correctly. My name and address will be the same as when I played EQ and EQ2 previously so I think, if needed, SOE customer service, should their help be required , should be able to confirm my identity in case I need their help re-establishing my account. Do I need to enter in the same login username and password as when I originally installed the game to get back to my account/characters? Any thoughts or suggestions on how I should proceed would be appreciated. Thanks

All you need is your email address you used when you originally signed up and you are all set you can have them send your station name and PW to your email if you dont remember .. Once you have that all you have to do is edit the account to open it again no need for the CD key since it is already linked to your acct info.. As far as your expansions they will download again when you update so no problems there.. Hope this helps and Good luck..

Dave

Thanks for the reply. Everything went like you said it would and I got my original station username back.
