Talvus Woven Gi

Does anyone know if the quest-giver for this Gi in the Nybright Camp (lesser faydark) is friendly to Bruisers? I've checked Alla's and a few other sites, but no word on if a Bruiser can complete this quest. Thoughts?

I had this Gi for my bruiser when he was mid 50s so you can get it if you want it. You have to do the quest Reverse Engineering first before the NPC will give you the quest to get the Gi. Also if you have a chain wearer the Talvus linked Tunic from the same quest has a very interesting graphic.
