Heya all,

I'm recently returning to the game after having to take a break due to life outside of Norrath. I'm so happy to come back to the Warden but, I log in last night to find that my achievement points are no longer assigned... So now I'm a lvl 42 Warden with 35 points to assign and I do not remember entirely where I was spending my points. I know I want the improved SoW, but after that I need a little direction. Skimming the boards I've seen a lot of posts about different achievement choices that allow the Warden to be more melee based, etc. If anyone could give me any help, or direct me to a place that I can see what different Wardens have done with their achievements it'd be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

- Kobias Greenscale

For the EoF line.

I would go for the sow, spirit of the bat upgrades, the spores upgrade, the self buff increase, and the root lines (for when you solo until you get enough point for the 75 crit. Then respec the CA line except for the dot/debuff one. Put the rest where ever you want although I have found natures walk convenient for training, lol. Just be aware that there was a big disconnect between the AA devs and the Item devs when it comes to gear and none of the EoF sets have any str on them and we were not allowed to use th

For the KoS line I would go with the heal crits, and str up to at least until you get the natures boon proc. After that then go for int and other things to increase damage. Once you respec your EoF line boost up the str line and get as many crit heal upgrades after that as you can. The tortise shell and rebirth are situational IMO and the points are better spent in getting other things that are used all the time instead of just a couple of times in a raid, ect.

Thanks Oakum.

So, should I apply points in the Druid Tree or the Warden Tree first? I'm thinking the Warden Tree, but I guess it doesn't hurt asking. =)

- Kobias Greenscale

One of the good things about taking the CA's in the warden tree is that they scale up with you & the aoe attack becomes available before you get the group encounter nuke equivalent. So you dont have to purchace any of the nukes. You just need to use your mele buff to get them to be effective enough. But it looks like your close to getting the group encounter nuke, and it is still useful to have both.

With the 5 free respecs you can try out different things without getting your bill up to 10 plat to soon. Some wardens like smacking stuff, some dont.

I agree with Oakum almost exactly...but like the STA tree maxed out first before the EoF one. That said, if I only had 35 points to spend, I'd spend 'em the way he suggests in the EoF tree and work to fill out the KoS one as you go. The choices Oakum is suggesting are the Defensive ones - which I have found work much better for me than the melee skills.

Even so, I think you can't go wrong with those even if you choose to be a melee Warden.
