Ya know the name game thred in the tech support forum, according to that dose it mean that i can't name my charictor Ovan?

This name is possible to take, but according to EQ2players there are already people on different servers who chose this name before. I see Ovans on Blackburrow, Butcherblock, Guk, Antonia Bayle, Vox, Nektulos, Valor, Storms, The Bazaar, Oasis, Mistmoore and Nagafen.
