Really abnormal graphics...help

<p>So quick info about how i got eq2. In the mail i got the postcard saying that i could download everquest 2 for free. So i did, and now im here playing it till sept 15.</p><p> i just logged in today for the first time , expecting to see great graphics, but instead i am seeing graphics about as bad as daoc or even worse...</p><p> from the screenshots ive seen arent the graphics supposed to be pretty [I cannot control my vocabulary] good...</p><p> im playing on "very high quality" and it looks like lowest quality. the post card also said it offered you all 3 expansions and adventure packs but i think it just downloaded the game...</p><p> please help me figure out wuts goin on.</p><p> i even just checked my account and it said i have all the expansions and all the adventure packs, but on the lancher it says i dont...</p><p>thanks and cheers</p>

Not much to work on. Do you got a screenshot of it? Try to turn the graphics a bit down, maybe your gfx card can't handle it. Have you updated your drivers? My experience is that this game is heavy in Very high quality and extreme quality settings.

So im not sure what could be your issue espically playing on very high. What is the specs of your Vid Card? Need more info.

And you should probably save the mods some time and make a new thread in teh techsupport forum rather than updating this one. As a bonus you'll get helped faster too. but um if u took that screenie? then how come it shows my hotbars etc? and if its one of my screenies then how did u get it?

So since you happen to have EQ2 installed in the default directory like he does and have a screenshot with the same name, syour web browser is showing you *your* screenshot. I'm in linux on my laptop so I see a dead link.

omg yes I am tripping cause on my computer it shows two of my templers screenies I took long time ago...yet my neice is checking and she shes either something different or a little x box she cannot open...this is bizarre

no, you have to put the image on a server. You can only host it fom your machine if you're running IIS or Apache on your machine. You can log in to the station payers website, find your character and upload pictures to your profile then link to those.
