I know neutral was mentioned before, but what does that mean for people on red servers? Are they their own side? Perhaps the exiles find a new home in Kunark?

It might not be mentioned yet, but I'm sure people are gonna want to know before everyone makes their sarnaks.

There's actually a sort of debate going on in the Lore forum related to whether the city will be neutral or evil. Here's the link.

Here's what I think though. It will probably be an evil city in the respect that inherently evil races (eg. Ogre, Troll, Dark Elf) will be able to be born there rather than any of the inherently good races (High Elves, Frogloks, Halflings). From a lore junkie's standpoint though, some say that even though the Sarnak city will be evil it isn't necessarily evil in that it's aligned with Freeport and interested in aiding the Overlord. I guess we'll see.

Only neutral races can be "born" there from what I read. So that would be Humans, Gnomes, Kerrans, etc... Personally I would like to see it as a Exile city. But if they did that then I think it would suck as well because so many people are already going Exile this will just increase the number.

Thinking about it more, I have an idea. Only neutral races and sarnaks start there, but can play as any class. Exiles are semi shifted into this grouping, and become a true third faction with the new city. Both cities can still attack them as well. Maybe make a "moving" quest to go from Haven to this outpost, like Kelethin to Qeynos. Kind of pledging yourself to Venril Sathir.

Keeping in mind that I, myself am an exile, I think giving a new city and a race exclusively exile will further unbalance pvp faction-population. As of now, exile is the only (non rp) logical choice for a pvp server. Making a new expansion with exile-exclusive content would be a step in the wrong direction.

Just my opinion.

I see nothing wrong with letting players start in exile and have their own city. They still won't have pvp gear and even if they did they will have to level up 1 to 80 while in unlimited pvp range.
