<p>I see in every forum section posts by people with <a href="mailto:[email protected]" target="_blank" rel="nofollow">[email protected]</a> e-mail addresses, how does one get one of these?</p>

Apparently you have to have the character in a guild.  Then you click on the Switch Persona's button up at the top of the forums and choose the character you want.
