What weapon rating to get out of Str AA?

Ok, I did use search, and the best info I could find would be that a pair of ~50 damage rating dual wields, like twin calamaties, fist of maar, etc, would pretty much outdps the typical 448 STR build if put into WIS or something equally appropriate.  What about a nice slow big hitting 2H with a 100+ DR?  Like flapping wind?  Is that enough to warrant a respec?

Twin Calamities and Fist of Marr are in the high 50s, low 60s. Flapping Wing is 106 I believe (used to be 109, so I never remember right what it was changed to). Unarmed is something like ~56 or so, with nearly two attacks per swing. Also, DR on a twohander seems to be a bit off... 100+ is around the same as two 57+ dual wields.. dunno why, it just seems that adding the two dual wields together doesn't create the same DR when translated to actual damage comparisons. In the end, once you get KoS Fabled or even EoF Legendary, and a few exceptions (like Flapping Wing), you'll get more out of the weapon over unarmed.

Staff of the Flapping Wing is a great weapon, and much better than str 448. Plus it is fun to crit for 1800 =P It isn't so slow that you fall asleep between swings, but slow enough that you can time CAs with minimal effort.
