How do I regain access to my shared bank?

I just got down with my new citizenship Quest. I came from Freeport. the problem is that I don't have access to the shared bank. I get the error "You must zone to regain access to your shared bank." My House Zone is bank and my Bind Zone is Graystone Yard. I need help. I didn't find anything in the Forums about this problem. Also, how do I change my Bind Zone? Thanks in advance.

Shared bank is aligned - ie your Freeport shared bank can only be accessed by evil aligned characters- residents of Freeport or Neriak. Just as your Qeynos shared bank is only accessed by residents of Qeynos or Kelethin
