Bruiser useable sword

Yup, dumb question I know. But are there any two hand swords that bruisers can use. Want it more for image factor than anything. I remember in EQ1 there was a sword called the 'training sword' or something. Did crushing damage but had a two-hand sword graphic. Just wondering if there's anything like that in EQ2 yet.

<p>You say you want it for image factor... Do you mean you want to be able to walk around with it in game? If you just want to create an out of game image of your bruiser holding a sword, just use the Dressing Room feature that was added last Game Update.</p>

I'd like to be able to walk around with it in game. Maybe even fight with it against grey cons for laughs.

Vanguard's monk class has these martial swords they can use. They're pretty cool. Some are like a sword attached to the end of a long stick.  Others are just swords but with like a samuri (spl) sort of look to it. Pretty cool stuff, I hope they consider adding that weapon type to eq2.

back in the day we could equip the BBC, but I think once they changed the system away from the "fighter" basis this was disabled.  It originally required a sword skill of like 9, which we had from being of the fighter family of classes.   Nowadays I don't think there's anything that would look so cool aside from the kama in the SoD questline.

we can use the Tainted Scythe weapon from Tseralith. pretty sure that is not the correct name, however.

If I remember correctly in The Graveyard the quest chain in there has you check all the tombs to see if the knights buried in them still rest.  When you check one a name jumps you and attacks.  I think he drops a sword thats still labled All Fighters so you can still equip it.  My bruiser from long ago had it when I was just messing around checking the racial quests on both sides
