Well I have been looking at the Coercer AA tree and it isn't really very good. It all seems to be devoted to speeding up reuse time. No real damage increase on your damage spells.

I solo all the time of course took the AA for enhancing Charm and then have been doing the ones that increase Haruspex and Spell Lash.

After that I am not sure where to go -- none of the end line AA's seem that great to me -- I feel like we are getting cheated in our AA's

Where should I be going next when I get my final increase to Spell Lash -- Down the Eerie Focus tree? What do other soloing coercers suggest?

I would say that as far as end abilities go, if you're mostly focused on soloing then yes you will be disappointed. However, Tashnia (the end ability in the Resistances line), might offer the most for you there. Debuffs are good.

Aside from that, I'd just focus on enhancing what spells you make the most use out of in your strategy and less on end abilities. If you ever want to get more into grouping and raiding however, you'll likely want to respec.

I have an enchanter on EQ1 where the spells are so much better and if I were to raid again it would be on EQ1.

Even Tashania isn't as good as the EQ1 version of the spell. I haven't noticed that debuffs seem to do much good in soloing. I go for the stuns and damage spells, the Dots. I am very disappointed that we lack a really good AOE damage spell. I really would like one of those.

I end up tanking a lot more than I would like to. It seems that even with a charmed pet once I put Haruspex on a mob, it makes a beeline for me so I have tended put a lot of emphasis on tanking and having a good staff that procs to tank with.

Sonic Boom is an extremely good nuke and with AA you can nearly knock it down to 30sec recast which is good. For a solo'r Id go down the thoughtsnap line and max all that out except thought snap (why need it if your soloing?)

Then Id go down and get my resistances stuff maxxed out and get tash...after that you can spend it anywhere. You shouldnt need reactives if your soloing (if you get hit that much....yah, coercer DPS makes no sense soloing)... Debuffs are huge when soloing too, more the mob is debuffed the more damage you do!! As for KoS AA lines, most likely AGI/INT or AGI/WIS

But I need 3 more points to get my last upgrade for Spell Lash. I use Haruspex and Spell Lash a lot.

That's really good info about the lines. I am going down the int line right now and I'll prob try the wis or agi line next.
