Returning after a two year absence... What server to pick...

Well after 2 years or so I have decided to give EQ2 another go, after hearing good things. I have a 34 Warlock on Mistmoore but will probably end up rerolling. What is a good server to roll on (as far as good community, finding groups as a lowbie, good pvp, etc etc). Also I left before PvP was integrated so... is Mistmoore a PvP server? [ And if anyone from Mistmoore Eternal Knights reads this, long time no see ;) ]

I would suggest you play a bit on your old server for a while. Try to catch up on old ties, if you left any. That will really get you rolling quicker than starting fresh. However, if you want to start new, there are solid communities in almost all servers. The most public server atm though seems to be Kithikor. Has many forum posters and quite a few "special" players, lol. I will let you figure that one on your own.

Hehe, there are even people still lamenting the merger kithicor/Neriak years ago. <img src="/smilies/8a80c6485cd926be453217d59a84a888.gif" border="0" alt="SMILEY" /> but yeah, kithicor is a neat server. I like the laid back style of people there. Quite different from the elitist pvp server nagafen Im also on.
