Manaburn and it's comncept

At the risk of sounding like a complete and utter Nub. Could someone please tell me exactly what Manaburn is, what it does, how/when it is used, how to obtain/use it....etc etc. Basically I am looking for everything you ever wanted to know about manaburn. I have played this game since it's inception. I have a 70 Mystic, a 70 Swashy and am working on my Wiz now. He is 55. I think it would behoove me to know how Manaburn works lol. Manaburn is one of the Wiz AA lines. Its a spell that does 5x each mana point in damage (soon to be 4x in the next LU nerf). It will convert all of your mana to damage if the mobs health pool is high enough. Its on a long timer 5 minutes I think. It does up to  half of a mobs health in damage. It is enhanced by Freehand and Brainstorm for more damage and a higher than half mobs health limit. It cannot be resisted. Mobs gain immunity to manaburn after being manaburned for 90 seconds I think. Situational but awesome when needed.
