View Full Version : Direct 2 Drive, All in One, EOF registration and download question ?
I am a returning EQ2 player and I currently have all the expansions and adventure packs up to Echoes of Faydwar. I have done a search on the forums about ways to purchase Echoes of Faydwar and I have a question about purchasing the All in One package (including the original EQ2game, Desert of Flames, Kingdom of Sky, and Echoes of Faydwar) from Direct 2 Drive? Since I have everything but Echoes of Faydwar already on my computer, could I purchase the All in One pack from Direct 2 Drive and not download it to my computer but instead use the registration key that Direct 2 Drive should give me to register it to my SOE account and then have SOE automatically download it for me when I log into the game? Or would I have to download the whole thing from Direct 2 Drive as well as registering the key with SOE ?

So if I clicked the "Buy It Now" button on EQ2's website and ordered EoF expansion using digital download it DOESNT come with the other three expansions!? Looks like I just wasted 50 bucks =|

I have heard people have been able to call SOE support and get the charges reversed and then buy it from D2D.

I got my "all in one" via e-mail pretty much the moment I clicked "buy".

However they should email you the CD-KEY almost instantly and if they don't you can get it online from your My Account.
