I've noticed that some people have a reduced broker commission, only 10% rather than the normal 20%.  Is this a guild thing or is there something everyone can do somehow?

One of the vet rewards is a "Veteran's Display Case", which halves the broker fee.

ya it is one of the 3 year rewards.
