<p>Seeing warlocks getting most of their npopular AA's boosted greatly, I'd like to request a overhaul for wizard AA's. Here are some suggestions of how / what to change:</p><p>Inferno Surge: 4sec a rank is nice, but the major problem is the 3sec duration. Adding a 0.3sec reduction a rank will fix this problem.</p><p>Fireshape: 70% of the time we're casting heat spells, this spell needs a 2ndary effect to be useful. Add a 15% power cost reduction to all heat based spells while it's actived.</p><p>Fortify Elements: 4% is too low, make it 7% a rank.</p><p>Accord: Change it to +1% hate trasnfer a rank.</p><p>Vitalic Cropping: +7% power gain a rank instead of reuse timer reduction.</p><p>Cardinal Intromission: +7% power feed a rank instead of 10% hp cost reduction.</p><p>Manaburn: Reduce its cast timer. Make it 1:7 but only uses 50% of your max power so it wont hit too hard in solo / heroic group but will be useful in raids.</p><p>Cease: Add a +7% hate reduction a rank like what warlocks get.</p><p>Mail of Frost: Add a 20sec reuse reduction a rank like what warlocks get.</p><p>Spell reach: Change it to +25% spell range and radius.</p><p>Ice Nova: +2% damage a rank instead of reuse reduction to make it more comparable to Enhance: Apoc</p><p>Surging Tempest: Restore it to have 5 ranks.</p><p>Fusion: Add a 4sec reuse reduction a rank like Enhance: Rift.</p>

Nobody will use it in it's proposed LU37 state.  As for heroics however, it's been my experience that it only translated as much power as needed into doing 50% damage.</b></i> <p>Cease: Add a +7% hate reduction a rank like what warlocks get.</p><p>       <i><b>More reuse timers. Make it 5 like every other AE under the sun. </b></i> </p><p>Fusion: Add a 4sec reuse reduction a rank like Enhance: Rift.</p><p>       <b><i>Considering the AA wasted in low efficiency AE spells to get here, it should have some damage and recast associated with it, screw this resistability and range stuff.</i></b></p>
