Ok we have this nice new moving crate for our furniture. BUT what happens to all the stuff we have like the Saleaman's crates and the listing on the broker when we move to a larger house?

I am sure this has been asked and answered before but I can't seem to find it anywhere.

It never leaves the sales display. Your bank's part of your character, not your house, so when you buy a new house your sales displays are ready for use without disruption (you'll have to place your sales displays in the new house, but they'll still contain everything you had up on the broker). As long as you're moving to a house with more bank/broker slots there's never any problem. If you move to a smaller house with fewer broker slots, sales displays in the higher slots will be inaccessible. I believe as you remove accessible sales displays the inaccessible ones pop down into the vacated slots.

In the box or do they just show up placed in the new house?

They are physical objects -- how do the physical objects move? In the moving crate or by developer magic?

They just unplace themselves. They are never really exactly physical objects in your house in the first place... they are objects in your broker slots which are "placed" only from the broker. So when you get to new house you can just open your market board and place them again from the broker.
