Does Verth still give out a quest?

I just started a new toon and I am going thru the quests in Nettleville. I remember (a while ago) when I was running my first toon and came across Verth, the NPC gave me a delivery quest that involved his brother. Now with this new toon, Verth doesn't give me a quest but says "That meddling Falkoner........You better leave now!" Is there a way where I can get Verth to give me his quest?

Form what I understand, this quest eventually led you to Fippy's Hideout- Ijust entered the original instance yesterday, so it does still exist, but I am not sure if you can pick up the quest anymore? I am level 70 and have never finished the quest just so I can always get in there, not sure if you can still get in there when you are done with the quest? I will have to check it out?

I think you have it wrong. I am talking about the NPC that asks you to give something to his brother.

They have taken out alot of the old fed ex quests sometime ago. =( Maybe this one was taken out as well.
