Has Failure been increased?

The other day I was carfting with my sage and I got a failure on every new recipe -- I never failed to get the pristine though as I could recover from it, but I have never had so many failures before in a crafting sessions. Especially as My  Save is a lev 62 and has done is FD quests and has it scribing skills up at the highest level.  It just seemd to me that the chances for failures have gone up.

<p>Your just having a bad day ... I've had one of those as well.</p><p>When that happens, I go to a different crafting table of the same type ... seems to help a little.</p>

Domino was just commenting yesterday what a PITA is is to tweak such things.  The PRNG has just gone streaky on you.  I usually go kill stuff when that happens.
