Anyone can use the house crafting stations once placed. Trustees and friends can move them in the house and only you can prevent forest fires...I mean pick them up again : P

Yes, I believe anyone with visitor access can use it.  You alt with trustee access can use it, move it, etc but just can't pick it up.

as a note, the next Gu see's the crafting stations being made available from tradeskill faction merchants. Probably worth waiting to see the price reduction/status cost here if you are thinking of buying one.
