Question for offhand

Ok, 70 Wizzy here.  In my offhand I have arm of mithaniel.   Do any of the effects work since it is offhand?  I know for melee classes the offhand never procs, is that the same for us?

Well i would say it would proc. I use Fitzpitzle's Misty Protector and Necromantic Orb of the Death Reveler, which both have procs on them, and they both proc.
