I have taken a few screenshots, but when I look in the EQ2 folder I do not see them there. When I take a screenshot, in the "Main Chat" within the game it just says "Saving Screenshot" Aren't my screenshots saved in C:Program FilesSonyEverQuest II Am I not looking in the right place? If something is wrong, is there a way to fix it? I don't know if this helps, but I am running Windows Vista on a Pentium 4 computer with an ATI Mobility Radeon x600 video card.

Yes, but it's not there. The folders i have under that directory are:

helpfiles

Keyboards

Layouts

Miles

mozilla

Music

paks

TestServer

UI

I had the same problem. It's a Vista issue (surprise surprise) All you have to do is run the game as administrator. Do this by right clicking application and choosing run as administrator. This will reset all your UI settings. It's weird, not sure why it does this.

I believe if you are not running it as a Admin under Vista, Vista moves the files to your Username/Documents/whateverthenameofthefolder/

Alicia, your solution actually solved my problem. After I successfully made a screenshot a "screenshot" folder appeared and my images were saved to that folder. Anyone know if there is a more permanent solution to "Run as Administrator" without having to manually set it as that?

After I ran as Administrator nothing was created or move to a folder in "Username/Documents/whateverthenameofthefolder/." However, a "screenshots" folder was created in the main EQ2 folder. Thanks for your help.
