Since the introduction of Play the Fae trial account, they blocked the ability for trial accounts to send tells to anyone who did not have them on their friends list. Why then can they not extend this feature to Trial of the Isle to help cut back on additional spam?

Speaking of this, I think its about time they revoke the changes to friends accounts and such, so that we get the full feel of the game for friends. Since, only being capable of going to lvl 6, and not speaking to anyone is very gimpified. So, open it up a bit again once you get the spam filter in order.

See, I thought that they had implemented it across both trial systems, but everyone I talked to in game says that they only implemented it for play the fae, not trial of the isle, and that was how the plat farmers were able to send tells still as it would not be financially feasable to purchase new accounts every time SOE banned one of their accounts for plat spamming.

As for the new filtering system, I dunno about you but Im pretty sure they found a way around it as I recieved more spam the 2nd day after the filter was implemented than I had in months. Also, filtering system or no filtering system, if you do not want to get spam you are forced to set your characters to annonymous, and that should be an option not a requirement.

Still getting the SPAM, but now it says "golds" instead of "gold".

Why can't they filter on the web sites and every combination you can think of to type them. GM****er.com should never be seen. Oh yeah, and you have that report spam feature on the mail, but it doesn't delete it from other peoples mail boxes. I have to see that same spam mail when I log on my alts.
