Can you do a search next time, as this question seems to get asked fairly often.  The answer is no for 2 reasons first you can not crit manaburn, and second the is a cap to the amount of damage the supernuke aspect can land for, the actuall BoL only hits for 9-15K and the supernuke lands for 40-60K depending on debuffs.  Wrath will also only produce the supernuke effect on spells that are heat based in the normal form, how ever you wil get a crit if you use fireshape wrath and then either Fusion or Ice Nova, but it will do less damage than the BoL.

I dont think it does work with manaburn.  Manaburn can not crit any way shape or form....even forced crits don't work on it.

Sorry, many have tried this, it doesn't work. Fireshape will not allow you to use ice nova, fusion, or manaburn with wrath. Though, if I recall, back around the start of the expansion, it DID work with fusion and ice nova, causing some crazy (1M+) instakills.

It also does not work with firestorm.  Tested with irradiate it only affects the first tick.
