Ok, I did a search for these and couldnt find any RECENT threads about them. So if you could either answer or provide a link to where it is discussed RECENTLY. I have a 70 Wizzy, EoF raid guild and just recently came back to game.

1. I noticed a lot of people are getting out of the Strength line and going Agi/Wis for raids in EoF. Any feedback which is best?

2. If I do have the strength line, with Catalyst, isnt it redundant to put points into incresing damage spell crit (spell expertise) and also haveing adornments that raise the crit %? Catalyst guarantees crit damage on every spell, so why do I need it in the other spots? Seems like a waste.

Thanks in advance

Catalyst only makes the NEXT spell a crit, not all the spells during the duration.

So the additional points in the crit chance are for the rest of your spells.

The reason for going to WIS is the endline ability 12% less power used. There are a ton of power draining mobs, long fights, and just general reason power conservation would be a good thing. The dps difference is 5.4% dps boost from STR to 4% for WIS, plus you gain the 12% power reduction. Along with my power proccing gear I have been able to last indefinitely. you have to decide what is best for you, I know the other wizard in my guild has power problems on longer fights, I've been lucky enough to have 5 power proc items.
