Splitpaw - Raiders

<p>I'm a returning player, I got a Necro to 70 last year and for out of my hands reasons had to give EQ2 up for an undetermined amount of time and so I passed the toon on.</p><p>I'm back on now (Earlier than expected and cursing giving up Necro) and with my new toon am wanting to Raid once I get to 70, it was something I never got into with my Necro as it did not appeal to me then.</p><p>What I am wanting to know is, are there any Raiding groups on Splitpaw that accept outsiders or do you have to join the Guilds? I have formed a Guild just for Status and Bank Slots and I am happy just to group and tag along with players I bump into or hook up with from chat.</p><p>There are a lot of Encounters and Zones I would like to see this time around and Raiding is the way forward for me now.</p><p>Any input would be helpfull <img src="/smilies/3b63d1616c5dfcf29f8a7a031aaa7cad.gif" border="0" alt="SMILEY" /></p>

Hey and welcome back to EQ2 <img src="/smilies/283a16da79f3aa23fe1025c96295f04f.gif" border="0" alt="SMILEY" /> There is a few pickup raids going on Splitpaw (most in the weekends but a few in the weeksdays too. You would propbably have harder time getting in the hardest raid zones, but it should be possible. Most raid guilds don't pick players outside of the guild, it may happen, but I wouldn't count on it (unless it is a pickup raid of some sort).
