Where can I get the "summon horse" spell that supposedly comes at level 20?

I was reading the EQ2 guild,which notes that Shadowknights get a horse at level 20. However, I don't see this in  my knowledge book. Where do I get this mount?

I haven't gotten to 20 yet, but I'm thinking that the spell can be purchased from a SK trainer.

Its considered a "fluff" spell and is 10% run speed. You buy it (along with all your fluff spells) from a SK trainer in FP.

That hourse staclks with bard speed.  i was on my dirge and he just got his fluff spell and was out running me.  I asked him what his run speed was it was at 38 to my 28
