So...I wanted to make a brigand, but I wanted to make a froglok brigand. So I made my Froglok swashy and got him to 10 as fast as possible, then started the betrayal quest. It wasn't hard, time consuming, but not hard...then It sent me to haven as expected, then I find the person who gives me the quests to gain Freeport rep...but wait! I need to collect 70K rep...at only 1k rep a quest because the rest want me to go BACK into qeynos and get my level 10 [I cannot control my vocabulary] handed to me. So...am I stuck doing 70 find and click quests, or is there another way to get the rep? or should I just remake a different race and live without being a frog

When I did my betrayal on my mystic there was 1 quest that gave 5K faction. It wasn't hard, just a matter of taking th sewers in to NQ, getting to the zone door on the little building, stealthing in, killing the 1 mob I needed for the quest, then back outside again. Then I'd suicide to a guard since that sent me right outside to the quest giver. I still had to do it 14 times to get the 70K faction, but it only took a couple of hours. I spent more time running down to the Peat Bog entrance from Antonica than I did doing the actual quests, I think. . . .

Actually, you only need +10k faction (or Amiable), mah froggie did the bounties, got about 75-90% APEx per bounty and there are 16 of them

Actually, on 2nd read, getting to Amiable from max KOS would take about 70K

There are different quests to gain faction, some include killing some don't. On level 10 it's not really easy to do this betrayal line, but it's possible. Maybe check here for more info and possible quests that give more faction points: http://eq2i.com/articles/Betrayal_Timeline

I got my faction in a few hours on my level 12ish swashy before I betrayed to brigand.....here's the way to do it fastest.

The quest that causes you to lose faction with the celestial watch takes about 15 seconds to do. You zone in, move to the room on the right, right click the non aggro npc and take his key, go back to main room and to the top of the stairs (you'll now be getting attacked) quickly right click and unlock the door, rush up to the stand and click it for the update, then run out of the building. No killing, just 15 seconds of running.

do that 12 times and you're done, it takes like 15 minutes or less to get to north fp from the quest npc and that's the only time consuming part.

If you get offered different quests, keep deleting until you get this one and do it every time.

(it's under the tab that says "is there anything I can Really do to show that I'm loyal"

Its true you only need 10K rep to get into freeport...its to bad you start at -50K rep... And I can't get into anywhere in qeynos cause the guards can see my stealth a mile away. and Spin, how did you get into north qeynos, theres guards everywhere.

Betrayal isn't generally recommended until level 17 or so. When the betrayals were first implemented, you couldn't even betray until then.

Of course, the entire betrayal system has changed completely since launch.

You only need to do the quests like 12 times before you're done. It's not that bad.
