It should be Adept III minimum, and mastered if you can afford it. Feel free to use a lower version if you have the master for it, the power is worth the decreased duration. Upgrade your reactives next (Sibyllant is a Master II choice), then any other damage spells youve got. Control spells get upgraded after that (your mezes, stifles etc), and finally, your group buffs get upgraded if you can be bothered....at level 65 I was using App1 Bravado (older version of the dps buff).

2) For AA's, everyone goes the agi line. The increased casting speeds are awesome. After that, well, its pretty much STA for super raid utility (you get a dethreat and some heal crits), WIS for increased controlling power (subj is buffed, so your charm is harder to break, its easier to land those mezes) .. this is really good for soloing those heroics, and for group work. Lastly, theres INT, which is good for anything, being a nice dps boost for you.

In the EoF line, well, pretty much everyone gets Coercive Healing, because the AA's down to it are great (increase your reactives). As my 2nd i personally went with Tash, but thats because Im on pvp, but even so, tash can be good for a nice dps boost. Thoughtsnap would be another choice if you're in that MT raid group and want to be a complete raid toon (I really dont suggest this, im more for keeping yourself well rounded).

3) The better weapon for a Coercer is the one with the best stats and procs. Im not up to raid content yet, but I hear that procs are our way to better dps (because we increase our casting speed, and therefore increase our number of procs) That being said, 1-hander + secondary will probably get you more than a 2-hander will.

4) Figuring how to keep your dps up is something you'll probably have to figure out yourself. With Perpetuality you'll literally be spamming all your abilities to keep that casting speed up, so figuring out the most effective way to do this is will lead you in the right direction. What ive found is that your main nuke is ready for casting after you use 2 other abilities. Ill give an example of how I lead out a fight.

Spell Reactive - Melee Reactive - Nuke - Primary debuff - Tash - Nuke - power DoT - debuff DoT - Nuke

and so on and so forth. I dont know if this is the best way to be doing it, but any more experienced coercers feel free to pipe up.
