do the shoulder and shield spiked adornments stack?

<p>I know everyone has had conversations on haste, dps, heals, etc on stacking but I was unable to find anything on the stacking ability of adornments that provide damage shields.</p><p>thanks in advance</p>

yes the shield and should DS adorns do stack.
