I have an inquisitor spell (Devotee's Repentance) that debuffs? a target so that: * when a target uses a combat art this spell will cast repenting strike on caster, stunning the target and doing divine damage, triggers 3 times Is this spell useful on a PvE server? Thanks

It should be I doubt there are any PvP only skills, espicially if you are located on a PvE server.

Yes, mobs for the most part have the same spell/cas as the PC equivilent of whatever class they are. For exsample a <something> thug will mostlikly have Brawler ablities, while a <something> gravecaller will be a necromancer. In fact at one time even the Animal Mobs could use PC skills, so you would see a turtle using dancing blade or some such thing, they have renamed those attacks on Animal mobs now though.

Mobs most definately use combat arts. Some are the same as PCs and some are different. A few classes get spells that trigger when a mob uses a combat art or casts a spell.
