Relentless Punches & Crane Flock

 My current build is STR 44862 and working my way to crane flock in the wisdom line.  I was making this build in the hopes of obtaining triple attack. However I must say I am a bit nervous that I may end up with only an additional 4% to double attack every 3 min. If anyone else has tried this build please let me know what the end result was. I dont think that double attack works like that.  I think that popping crane flock will do nothing more than give you 100% double attack.

Yep, since Double Attack is simply the "odds" of attacking a second time, you can't go over 100% chance. 100% basically means "all the time" in this case. It's different from Haste, because haste modifies speed instead of giving an absolute. Crane Flock is great enough on it own though for the AE damage. And Str line's Double Attack is always there, so you'll still get most of the benefit 95% of the time. It just won't be good to use Crane Flock on single targets. Triple attack woulda been fun to see though, heh.
