Cant download Neriak patch

<p>Everytime I try to download Neriak my patcher freaks and says the download is complete when its not I cant figure out why its doing it ive tried downloading it like 10x now and i have every Expansion pack plz help ^^;</p>

<p>I am on vista but i can play the normal game just fine.  what are optional downloads?  is it like something that will keep me from downloading it? </p>

go to the patcher preferences and make sure that optional downloads are checked.

Can you give a more accurate description of what the patcher does?

well it starts to download the file and only downloads 1 orage bar of it then says it done
