Nvidia 6800 Ultra OC 256 -vs- Nvidia 7600 GS 128

The topic pretty much says it all.  I bought the Nvidia 6800 ultra OC 256 card about 3 years ago, and it has ran fairly well ever since.  My wife recently bought me a Nvidia 7600 GS 128 and I cant really seem to tell a huge difference between the two. Can anyone give me some feed back as to what card they would think is better?  I cant spring for a new card, so that is not an option.  Dose the difference between the 256 and 128 make that much of a difference, being the 256 card is alot older than the 128 card? edited for typo

<p>6800 Ultra no doubt. I have that card and its a frikin beast! Am upgrading to an 8800 gts tho, dx 10+Crysis FTW!</p>

I have no idea... the 6800Ultra should be better though to be honest. This game is really odd though, you have to be way picky to find differences with just a video card upgrade. Going from a x1600 to a 7900gs to a 8800gts... and really nothing changes for graphics in game... but a full system upgrade along with the cards would give the most benifit. The computer is only as good as the weakest chain, and in most cases its the lack of ram (or slow ram) for MMOs... well and a okay/good cpu to back it up.

Go with the 6800.  Reason being the amount of video memory.  You'll be able to play on higher texture resolution.
