Window Resizing.. how and/or when?

I can't get my windows small enough to play 2 characters on one screen.. is there any workaround? windows used to be hella shrinkable, is SOE gonna put them back that way?

Apparently, NOBODY CARES that windows are no longer as shrinkable/resizeable as they used to be while playing in windowed mode.

I used to two-box on one PC until they made the change to the playable resolution.  The problem's been around for maybe a year now so everyone who complained have given up I suppose.
