View Full Version : Trading Pelts for Meats

As a suggestion: Could our traders be setup to accept trades for like quantities of comparable tiered items? For example: I have a stack of 50 wyrm meat, I would like to set up my trader so that I could let someone trade me for an equal quantity of strengthened pelts.

It would be even better if we could set this up across all crafting types so someone could trade me fulginate clusters for strengthened pelts, etc.

Your thoughts?

Jiwi

I think your trying to say: Be able to trade-in a harvestable of one Tier for a different harvestable of the same Tier.

If that is what your saying, then yes .. that would be AWESOME! Won't happen though ... will destroy the market of harvestables.

if it does happen, make it so the trade-in is like this: Put in two items to recieve one, or a one for one basis, but costs money depending on the Tier.

Would be cool to trade one Tier item for a higher/lower one. Would work like this: Put in a Tier 3 item to get 2 or 3 Tier 2 items. OR, put in 4 Tier 3 items to get one Tier 4 item ... something like that.

Actually, I meant using the broker to trade between players. That way there is no impact to the market, it just saves time for crafters.

Jiwi

wont' happen. we'll raise a storm of fire if out precious money was taken away. Besides, you coudl make more buying the food raws, and selling the pelts rather than just trading them one for one.

Items traded = fewer items sold so EVERY player/merchant would be affected.
