I mean who creates them, what is needed for them.

Also, i found tinkering is a good secondary tradeskill to have, how do you pick it once you already choose your tradeskill profession? Thanks

Secondary TS is chosen and acquired by the Secondary TS rep. I know they're in Kel and Butcherblock Harbor, not sure about the other locations. Anyone can make an adornment, as they come with every tradeskill class, but cetain classes make certain types, with some overlapping. One class can make a wrist adornment that bumps up STR or STA, another makes ones that proc effects. You need access to a transmuter for these things, unless you want to pay for them on the broker. Mana vials ain't cheap, either.

Its actually the Adornment recipes found in Enigma of (tradeskill profession) books. Transmuting recipes are purchased from the vendors near the secondary tradeskill trainers.

Kelethin & BBM are the only locations for the secondary tradeskills so far as EOF is required to have access to those skills.

All Artisan classes make Adornments. Here is a nice guide to which classes make what: An Interactive Adornment Guide The parts for Adornments are made by Transmuters, as mentioned above.
