Saranak E3 Vid

I watched the E3 video posted on tentonhammer and It says that the saranak will be a neutral race in it's own neutral city, Timorous Deep ... How's that going to work for pvp...So if i start a Saranak Sk and someone starts a Saranak Paladin, will be able to fight each other. I am VERY confused on how this is goin to work...

<p>Can see it going a few ways.  Either a multi-zoned area with both faction guards, and player allegiance set on creation as it is now with PVP thoughout the town (Get a carnage or attackable flag by being in the wrong "area" of town).</p><p>Or a "noncombat" city.  Factioned players but no combat allowed.</p><p>Or they could develop Exiles into a true third faction - which while interesting could seriously undermine the desirability of Q or FP (why go where classes are restricted)...</p>
