What? No good swords at 50?

heh, swashy just entered t6, and i am really disappointed with the choices of swords at lvl 50...I ended up buying a cobalt long sword...but I am frusterated that there are no good legendary swords till blade of the bixies at lvl 58, and even then that sucker is a 1.4 second delay...not ideal...come on sony? wheres my 50-60 legendary sword with a 2 second delay?  <img src="/smilies/283a16da79f3aa23fe1025c96295f04f.gif" border="0" alt="SMILEY" />

<p>   Infact, there is a very good sword ,if you can find it.</p><p>It is to be found in MajDul. And is held by a person named Sciminestra, The sentinel of the Blades.</p><p>It is called The Blessed Claymore of the Sentinel. It's lvl 52. And has a very good rating of 70.43.</p>

<p>Very nice! too bad it wasnt a 1 hander <img src="/smilies/9d71f0541cff0a302a0309c5079e8dee.gif" border="0" alt="SMILEY" /></p><p>forgot to mention I am a swashy doing the whole 1 hander sword thing...either way, my guild doesnt raid level 50 zones, only t7, so if its not legendary im prolly not going to get it,lol. there is one sword thats half decent from klackannon or however you spell it...killed the mob a few times with no drop, finally broke down and bought the mastercrafted.</p>

When DoF came out, Tradeskilled weapons/aromor ruled! And back then everyone was running around with them ... Bare in mind this was SoE's 1st expansion and they did make the transit form Raid loot being move from the lower tier lvl to the edge of the tier, so T5 was like 40-43 while T6 started with 57+  ... leading to a gap! Which is nowadays even bigger then it used to be, as all the tradeskilled items have been scaled down! I think the only good 1h you could get in DoF was the SandStorm of Cazel's instance - fabled lvl 57 item ... I don't know if EoF would actually offer You better gear! But yeah T6 is a real pita nowadays in terms of gear, which is not raided for!

tell me about it! we dont have enough 50s in the guild, and we only raid t7...so, i now am completely mastercrafted out...there just isnt much else to get!

I can feel your pain a little, but as a Weaponsmith, I happen to like it.  I think I have made t7 weapons for about 6 people total.  Ever.  They are so easily replaced and so quickly, they are often just not worth it to get.  I always kinda thought that the new MC stuff should be good for at least a few levels before you can buy replacements.
