Tradeksill changes since DoF...

I noticed you can do these secondary trade skills Tinkering and Enchanting or whatever.... and also Adornments. Where can I pick those skills up? Also, are there any other major changes since like 2 years ago? <img src="http://www.anakir.com/images/smiles/icon_smile.gif" border="0"> I haven't noticed anything and I'm up to level 15 or so Outfitter.

I believe the NPC's are located on the dock area of Butcherblock, you can talk to them to become a tinkerer or a transmuter <img src="/smilies/3b63d1616c5dfcf29f8a7a031aaa7cad.gif" border="0" alt="SMILEY" />
