Is there a way to put in Coords for Waypoints w/out a map mod?

Just wondering cause the quest Learning Faerlie is driving me nuts. Ive been trying to find the memorial stone to sacrifice the alcohol at and I've been all over and under the water around the base of Tunare's Sapling

The stone is underwater, right up against the tree in the 'vee' formed by two of the roots. If you have your graphics settings a little low like mine, it is a bit hard to see. Not sure I remember right, but I believe you have to be underwater to click on it too.
