Okay I have a question on which instance a group and myself can do.

Just for background we have been playing together in various games for quite a bit so we tend to like a little bit of challenge to what we do. One of the people in the normal group would like to do an instance this week so I am curious on which one we should be able to finish and live in. The make up of the group is: 65th Level SK, 68th Level Swash, 60th Level Swash, 55th level Warden, and a 55th level Inquister. I know that we can probably do the Roost in Cliff's, but we would like to try and do something a little different.

Any help would be appreciated.

Thanks,

~Muedar

65th level SK

GM of The Descendants

Mistmoore

Since you have a couple of level 55s, I would suggest Acadechism in GFD, it's low 60s. Not entirely sure, but The Den of the Devourer in Bonemire may work as well. You guys have quite a level spread, but healers tend to get away with lower levels easier than DPS or esp tanks.

Next Targets could be Vaults in Barren Sky, Obelisk of Blight in LFD and Crypt of Valdoon off Loping Plains, Halls of Fate also in Bonemire - however, I would wait till your SK hits at least 68 for that, and the healers are mid 60s, went to OOB with a 66 fairly twinked Guard last night and 2 veteran healers couldnt keep him up.

There's tons of instance zones for high T6 and T7, eq2i.com should have a pretty comprehensive list for some research. I haven't even mentioned any DOF zones, the list is endless!

I've always enjoyed Poet's Palace within the Shimmering Citadel. The mobs are in their low 60's, and there are plenty of nameds placed evenly around the area. I also like the puzzles and quests within the instance.

Back when I used to do this, there was an access quest that at least one person had to have completed in order to enter. I don't know if this is still the case. If it is, you can visit Kedar the Curator in the Shimmering Citadel to start the access quest.

Poets does still require an access quest, I ended up doing it on saturday with a full group of 55-59 toons. Very easy access quest, it just takes some time.

Thanks for the advice.. I will take a look at a couple of those and see which one we want to head into I may actually try and get the access quest done for Poet's, but since it takes time I doubt I will have it done by tomorrow

Thanks again!

~M

I didn't see Nest of the Great Egg mentioned. Its the lowest level instance zone in KoS. It is in barren Sky and easily accessed from the spire portal when you zone up to Barren Sky. Should be able to do that before doing Den of the Devourer.

With the mid-50's in your group you the rest of you could mentor down and do Hidden Cache & Sanctorium (sp?) in SS, the Ancient Tables in PoF, Mines of Meldrath in Steamfont...and a bunch of other good smaller instances (maybe even DFC, think the mobs will still be green to you, not sure though)

Court of innovation in klak'anon is also very good if you want to mentor.

Poets took me like 3-4 hours to take a group through the access quest. Mostly soloable stuff but requried some running around.
